 - no refunds, no exchanges, all sales are final.

- we can not be held responsible for the condition your merch arrives in on international orders.

- international orders are not guaranteed. we want you to get your stuff intact but we cant be held responsible for the actions of others, including the delivery service of your choosing.

- we insist that you use an insured service for international orders. don’t not do it. Route insurance is very inexpensive.

- also if you are an international purchaser, make sure you put your email address and phone number on the order. If it goes to customs and they dont have this info you wont be able to get it.

- shipping service times are not inclusive of how long it takes to fulfill your order, aka processing time.

- Most of the time we can ship the same day, but under high volume drops please allow 10 -14 business days
