Shipping policy

We are a very small company that employees 0-1 person. We always ship as quickly as possible, however, our processing times can range between 10-14 business days, depending on order volume. We really appreciate your patience & understanding. As soon as we ship out your package, you'll receive a shipment notification email with your tracking information. Unless you dont provide your email address; then you'll email wondering why you don't have a tracking number and then we will have an email address to send it to! LOL

Shipping times are the times quoted at checkout by the USPS and are estimates for transit time (such as 2- 3 day; 4-5 day, etc). Shipping times are not guaranteed. Unfortunately, postal delays do occasionally occur. 

The shipping time quoted during checkout are an estimate provided by the USPS and represent transit times only. These do not include our processing times.

 

INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT TIMES:

International transit times are difficult to predict as the bulk of the transit time is spent going through customs. Transit times can vary drastically country to country but generally, averages 2-3 weeks. Please keep in mind that it is totally normal for a package to take up to 8 weeks to clear customs.

 For faster delivery, USPS does offer Priority International shipping at a higher cost. Please keep in mind this still does not include customs processing times. Priority International is required for any international packages weighing over 4lbs.

Due to the unpredictability of international postal delivery services, we DO NOT guarantee delivery of orders to international addresses. If an international package is lost in transit after leaving the US, we are unable to refund those orders. USE ROUTE PROTECTION INSURANCE OR AN INSURED SERVICE.

 If you have not received your international order, we recommend that you reach out to your local postal service or customs office for more information.

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a refund or reshipment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
